WhatTimeIsIt
Editorial policy
WhatTimeIsIt publishes practical explanations of civil time, scheduling and time-zone changes. News briefings distinguish current rules, announced changes and proposals.
We link to primary sources where available, including government notices, IANA release notes and technical standards. Worked examples and practical recommendations are our own explanations.
Publication dates describe when an article was first prepared for this site. Event dates appear in the text. A modification date changes when the article is substantively revised; older reports retain their original context.
If a factual error is confirmed, we correct the article and explain material changes. Translations follow the same source material. Time-zone policy and software data can change after publication.
To report an error, use our contact form and include the article address, the disputed statement and a supporting source. Official notices and your event organizer remain the reference for important appointments.
